Audio Described performances are shows that feature a live commentary on the visual elements of a show which may be missed by visually impaired audience members.
People listen to the description via a headset or the Mobile Connect app. For more information and to download this application: Click here
Many audio described performances also include a free Touch Tour before the performance, which gives visually impaired theatre goers the opportunity to walk about on the stage to get a sense of space, as well as touching a selection of props and costumes.

What are British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreted Performances?
British Sign Language (BSL) performances allow members of the public who use BSL to attend theatre performances.
An interpreter stands to the side of the stage and interprets the action on stage.
Some theatre companies may integrate the signer into the show as a character in their own right.
BSL performances are not altered in any way.
