How does the Access Register work?

We want to make your booking process, and visiting The Lowry as easy and comfortable as we can for disabled visitors. Joining our Access Register helps us deliver the best possible experience for you.

There are many benefits to registering.

  1. Online booking: Registering will allow you to book wheelchair seats, Captioned, BSL, Audio Described and Relaxed performances via your online account. Once logged in, you will be able to see the appropriate tickets available to you.

  1. Essential Companion tickets: If you need a companion to accompany you, registering will allow you to book a Essential Companion ticket for theatre shows at no charge.
