I can't login to my account

There may be a number of reasons you can't login. 

Check firstly you're using the right email address as you login. If you've recently changed your email, you may need to use your old email address to login. 

The Lowry has a sister brand called Quaytickets - please ensure you're logging into the right account, you may have a separate Lowry and Quaytickets account, so please ensure you use the right login details for the right account. 

We know some customers have more than 1 account in our system. If this is the case, we need to merge your accounts for you first. Please email data@thelowry.com, or info@thelowry.com, so we can look at your accounts for you. 

If you still can't login, the fastest way to get assistance is by calling 0161 876 2000.
