Subject Access Requests (SARs)

All Subject Access Requests (SARs) must be made in writing. 

In order to process your request quickly, we would need the below information. 

  • First & Last Name 
  • Email Address 
  • Telephone Number 
  • Address 
  • Postcode

The Lowry will respond to SARs within one month of receipt. A member of The Lowry’s Data Team will be in touch with you to acknowledge your request and will possibly ask you to confirm your identity (if you haven’t already done so) or to ask additional information in relation to the request being made.
