What happens if my show is cancelled or rescheduled?

If your show is cancelled or rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of your tickets (please note this excludes any ticket refund protection insurance purchased with your booking, in line with our terms and conditions).  

Where a performance is rescheduled, we will email and text bookers to advise of the new date and we will include a deadline for which any refund requests should be made by. If you are unable to make the new date, and require a refund, please call us on 0161 876 2000, or email info@thelowry.com including your order number and postcode.   

Where we process a refund, banks typically take 5 working days for the funds to show in your bank account. 

Where a booking was made more than a year ago, we may sometimes need to complete your refund as a BACs transfer, and we will ask for the necessary details to complete your refund for you.
