Can I take my buggy or pram into the gallery?

Please enquire at the welcome desk as you enter the building whether we have capacity for buggies or prams in the exhibition space.

Due to capacity, on days when we are busier, we will provide a buggy park in delegated areas. Otherwise, individuals with a buggy or pram can enter the galleries as usual.

If you have an essential buggy (for children with disabilities and babies who are unable to walk), please inform our staff and they will ensure you can enter the galleries when it is busy.

Additional Information

  • Baby changing facilities are available throughout the building – please ask a member of staff for assistance.
  • Our Changing Places facility is also available – please ask a member of staff for assistance.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • For families with access requirements who would prefer to experience our Galleries in a calmer and less busy environment we have a Relaxed Hour on the first Sunday of the month, 16:00 – 17:00.  For more information, please visit our Relaxed Hour information page
