Why have I been charged additional fees on my ticket booking?

Your booking may be made up of 3 separate charges, the ticket price, the Lowry transaction fee, and sometimes, a booking fee. 

The Lowry charges a nominal transaction fee to facilitate the fulfilment of your order. This covers running our phone and email teams, our front of house box office, and our systems to complete the booking. Where a customer books in person at the box office, we don't charge this fee.  

Some performances may also add a booking fee to the total ticket price, and is known as the booking fee. This fee is paid to the promoter, and typically applies to performances such as comedians and singers.  

While fees may be in place, Lowry works to provide customers with a full range of price points.
