If you need to make a complaint, you can email our Customer Care team, and we’ll get back to you within five working days. For anything urgent or for general enquiries, the quickest way to reach us is by giving us a call.

  • Groups: 0161 876 2003 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 6pm)
  • Lowry Restaurant: 0161 876 2121
  • Access Line: 0161 876 2183 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, Sat - Sun, 10am - 6pm)
  • Our phone lines are open 12pm - 6pm 7 days a week. 

Our Lowry Restaurant typically opens later in the day.
